MAKE AM
Terms of play
Draft. This page describes what the game does today. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.
By playing MAKE AM online you agree to these rules. They are short on purpose.
The game
- MAKE AM is fiction. Places are drawn from real maps of Abuja, but the people, prices and events are made up. Businesses that appear by their real name do so with their permission.
- Driving in the game is not driving advice. On a real road, obey the law.
Game cash
- Game cash is play money. It has no value outside the game.
- It cannot be turned back into real money, ever, and may not be sold, bought or swapped for anything real outside the game.
- Game cash you buy is delivered to your account. Purchases are final once delivered, except where the law says otherwise.
- If an account is deleted, its game cash goes with it.
Fair play
- One person, one account for trading. Do not use a second account to pass cars or cash to yourself.
- Do not edit the game or its saves to give yourself cash, cars or progress. The server checks every day of play; days that do not add up are refused and the last good save is put back.
- Motor Market sales and Ajo rounds are between players. We hold the money while a deal is open and apply the rules shown in the game, but we do not make good a loss caused by another player, for example a crew member who stops paying into an Ajo.
- We may reverse a deal, remove game cash, or close an account that breaks these rules.
Names and behaviour
Pick a name and a crew name that would be fine on a real number plate. No slurs, threats or pretending to be someone else.
Changes and problems
The game is still being built. Features, prices and balances will change, and it may be unavailable at times. If something goes wrong with a purchase, write to contact@rahzatech.com with the payment reference.
