Delete your account
You can delete your MAKE AM account here, even if you no longer have the game. Enter the phone number you secured the account with. We send a code to prove it is you.
What is deleted
- Your account and phone number, your cloud save, wallet and shift records, purchase records, crew membership, Motor Market listings and offers, and play statistics.
- Deletion happens 30 days after you ask. Until then you can cancel it here or by signing in to the game.
- Crash reports are kept without anything that identifies you.
If you never added a phone number
A guest account lives on your device and is not linked to anything that identifies you. Uninstalling the game, or choosing “Start new life”, removes it from the device. In the game, Phone → More → Account has “Delete my account” and “Download my data”.
Game cash that was bought is not refunded when an account is deleted.
